When it’s important enough to lose weight and get healthier, we know there’s work involved.

After all, if losing weight was easy, you’d have already been there, done that.

The real work of losing weight is hard. But it’s not hard for all the reasons you think (giving up sweets, eating more veggies, learning to cook, dealing with stress, mustering willpower…).

It’s hard because the real work of losing weight takes courage.

The courage to show up for your life every day and say to yourself, “I love myself enough to make these changes.”

That’s the real work.
